Kalash

Short for Kalashnikov, after the the Avtomat Kalashnikov of 1947, the greatest rifle of our time, our fathers time, and his father's time, feared and respected by the world, were even the snideness of America cannot find grounds of insult to this death-bringer.
Designed in Russia between '44 and '46 by Michail Kalashnikov, by his make, and NO OTHER, this rifle is cannot be broken, jammed, or overheated, and to my knowledge, can fire underwater. It's only known flaw is its frugal specifics, corrected readily by the profoundly accurate AK 103/104, which are lighter than the much less powerful m16 by half an ounce.

Kalashnikov culture

(In Pakistan) A culture emerging as a result of Soviet-Afghan war marked by easy availability automatic fire arms and settlement of disputes with guns and blood shed. Many of American arms sent for Afghanistan ended up in Pakistani black markets from where anybody could buy them. Assault rifle Kalashnikov (also known as AK-47) has been the most popular automatic weapon until recently and has become the name sake of this culture.

Talibanization is another manifestation of Kalashnikov culture.

Well known as the name of a Soviet-era Russian machine gun, a cocktail drank in many former Soviet countries such as Lithuania and Russia is named it after it.
To make the cocktail:
1. Fill a shot glass 3/4 full of vodka
2. Cut a lemon slice so that you may rest it on top of the shot glass covering half of the opening.
3. Put sugar (and cinnamon if you wish for more flavor, but the cinnamon is not necessary) on top of the lemon slice.
4. Fill the rest of the shot glass with absinthe, pouring it so that it passes over the lemon slice.
5. Light the lemon slice on fire.
6. After the slice has burned out, take the shot and eat the lemon.

Voila, a Kalashnikov.

Soviet guard: I will shoot you with my Kalashnikov!

Example 2:
Lithuanian man: Bartender! One Kalashnikov, please!
Bartender: Ah, making me do some work, he he. Coming right up.
