It is an addictive and awesome artform when it is not being used to either tell depressingly boring stories (unless, of course, they feature those cute demon boys.. grrowl) or is used primarily to get illogically big-breasted women into small shirts.

japarican 

A person from Japan who has spent a lot of time in America and has been significantly influenced by both countries. Quite often they no longer feel like they fit fully into either culture.

Nami is such a Japarican now. Since she got back from the US she always wants to go to Japanese restaurants, but she always complains about the portions being too small.
