igwaffle is a fan page over 200k followers on TikTok. She is known by the name Dila. Her old account cgwaffle was banned because the TikTok community had so many people spam reporting her because she was buying her followers and impersonating the real Dila. People from TikTok use that user for gain trains and she almost got banned because of that.
