noun: Derived from a mideval slang expression, originally it was utilized to describe the actions of the village idiot. More current proper usage of the term is utilized for a mentally disturbed person who is obsessed with trying to suck his own dick, while, at the same time, sticking his finger up his ass. A person with this disease usually is found in an institution. Moreover, a person with this condition typically tends to have a bad back due to his ill advised attempts to perform this sick act.
