It is a starkid reference from tgwdlm ted says it about someone who works at the coffee shop to Paul. Paul repeats it later only to be wrong about who 'the latte hotay' is some people call certain starkid members latte hotays

A person who always says yes to everything. Could be a good ole hike, date or sky diving. A Hosay will say yes. A Hosay will also automatically pass out sleeping at around 10 pm no matter what situation they might be in. A Hosay also has a warm kind heart and will always be there for you. Once in your life a Hosay will be the highlight of your day. A man of true mystery.
