1.One who is not in possesion of full mental faculties, usu. due to self created environmental factors, such as bad diet, poor hygene, drug abuse, alchoholism, from being an extremely lazy thinker or an otherwise slacker.

2.A lazy, stupid, ineffectual, naive, complaining and demanding individual.

3.A weakling.

2 The unemployed 41 year old mama's boy, making a scene at the pizzaria over the price of the buffet was being a total half-chad.

Adj. Someone who is dim-witted, especially from New England. Short for "Half-Cognitive".
Half-Cogs are so incredibly stupid, they can only relate to other Half-Cogs for any form of reasoning.

Hafsa

Hafsa is an Arabic name, meaning ‘’lioness’’ or ‘’lion cub.’’ Hafsa is an amazing person. She is always positive, caring and trustworthy- you can rely on her. She has an amazing sense of humour and is the life of the party. She can be a little bit crazy and hyperactive, which isn’t a bad thing. Without her, life is boring. She can be an over thinker though. Hafsa has a soft side. She is sensitive and can be very anxious. Although she may seem happy on the outside, don’t judge a book by its cover. She is afraid to let out her feelings- so help her out. Ask her to be honest about herself. Hafsa may also have trust issues, it’s hard for her to open up. Other than that, Hafsa is very clever and intelligent (although she will never admit it!) and loves to learn. Many people look up to her. Overall, Hafsa is a very intuitive person- be grateful for a girl like her in your life :)

1. A popped collared douche-bag who reminisces about being popular due to high school sports, but currently suffers from the consequences of stupid decisions made in high-school/post graduation;
