A girl that another girl has determined is or will be her enemy. You know, it's those women who always single out another woman as their mortal enemy.

Jane meets Donna. Jane doesn't like the way Donna looks at her or says hello. Jane decides Donna is persona non grata and is now her girenemy. Donna never saw it coming.
