These people sit in one spot and wait for someone to walk or run by to kill them without being seen. pronounced "Gamping" with silent "t"

a Gtamper would be player in GTA4 multi-player, this player would run over many people with a vihicle to gain achivements. if you run over people with and 4 or 2 wheeled vihicle you are Gtamping
