A fed or federal is any form of law enforcement including Police, FBI, DEA, Detective Agency's, Military Authorization etc. Almost any government agency against crimes. With exceptions, these agency's can hire rats or snitches to get there friends to turn themselves in or simply get wired out.

adj. used in gaming and esports to describe another gamer, character, or boss that is overpowered due to either a. gaining more gold, experience, or stamina throughout the game b. killing other players for a duration of time c. the gamer, character, or boss has acquired an item that then makes them overpowered.
