Switching on the hazard warning lights of a car in order to stop in a place where you would otherwise get a ticket.

If a car breaks down, the hazard warning lights are switched on.

Stopping your car (eg. to unload goods) and switching on the hazard warning lights is a fakebreakdown, ergo a "fakedown"

Side-effect from the impossibility to "Appear offline" on the facebook chat.
The interesting and/or good looking persons you would be interested in chatting with get chased away by the Facedogs, who remain themselves connected 24/7.
