Somebody that is farting a lot.

It could also be used to for somebody who has extremely smelly farts.

It is not meant to actually be an insult, but one of those silly names that you call people or pets that sounds kind of insulting but is actually used for humor.

It can also be used as a verb - fartnicking - like the word "putzing." So, instead of "I'm just putzing around," you could say, "I'm just fartnicking around."

When Yasmine's dog, Buster, climbed into her lap and started farting, she said, "Hey Buster, you're being such a fartnic right now."
