Echuca

Echuca is a town located in northern Victoria, Australia, and is right on the border between Victoria and New South Wales. The population of the town was 14,934 in 2018, as well as having an elevation of 96 metres (315 feet).

Echuca's climate is basically like every Australian town and city, with an average high of 22.3°C (72.1 °F), and an average low of 9°C (48.2 °F).

As of 2016, it is the state's 23rd most populous city, ahead of Drysdale - Clifton Springs and Colac, but behind Bairnsdale and Lara.

Timothy currently resides in Echuca after moving from Warrnambool.

Echophobia

1: A phobia in which the person's reality drastically changes to a point where there is no going back. This fear usually occurs due to the fact of 2020 changing everything. They are scared of continuing on, so they try everything in their power to go back to the "normal" days. Thus, "echoing" the past in their hopes to return to "normal". They often reminisce about the past and find themselves uncontrollably crying at the slightest hint of nostalgia. They aren't necessarily afraid of change. Rather, they're afraid of not being able to control it and go back.
2: The fear of echos. Simple as that.

1: *Person with Echophobia thinks about better times in the past* *Reminisces about how things were better* *realizes the reality of being never able to go back* *starts crying uncontrollably*
2: *Person with Echophobia in a cave says something that echos* AHHHH! *The screams echo, making the person scream more*
