When an event occurs where you suffer from the precise balance of grief or pain that both properly calls for calling something (or someone) a dick and reacting with the word shit, a dickshit moment occurs due to an uncontrollable reaction that happens faster than your mind can decipher the most appropriate word to use in said event.
