A term that describes a total asshole. Definitely someone who dresses like a tool. A big step up from a normal douche and his douchebaggery actions, this person wears the title proudly. Commonly used when referring to people named William who golf and have trust funds.

Donnie: "Did you see what Will wore to go golfing today?"
Jamie: "Yeah he looked like a total douchenugget. It could've only been worse if he had a visor"
