A term for chewable drugs. Mainly used by mailmen who are trying to impress the old people they deliver letters to, they’ll strike up a friendly conversations about the chugs they got in Springfield.

Postman: Hey! I’ve got your letters!
Old Woman: Oh. Thank you kind sir
Postman: No problem, I picked up some chugs from that alley right around Franklin Avenue.
