A portmanteau for chucklehead and numbnuts. Made popular by the Scout character from the popular video game Team Fortress 2.

Typically implies the person is foolish and impotent, or easily entertained. Can also describe more than one person at a time.

"Think fast, chucklenuts!"
"Listen here, chucklenuts..."
"If I have to listen to these chucklenuts bicker any more it'll be the end of me."
