A person who gets all their things low price. Someone who tries to keep it Fresh my wearing the good looking clothes from stores like Wal-Mart, Dollar Stores, etc. A person whose jewlery comes from the 50 cent machine. And a person who uses food stamps instead of money. Someone who gets the ladies by being a hood rich person.

I see this nigga every day buying clothes from Wal-Mart. He's a cheapassballer.
