A way of naming a person in a conversation with someone when you cant be bothered to say their name or have no idea who the hell they are.

Breh is the most commonly used word in a style of talking called, "Brehznitch." Breh is simply a variation of the word, "Bro," which is short for brother. The creators of Brehznitch originally only used this word sparingly, but as time went on they began using the word after almost every sentence.
Breh can be used virtually after any word in the entire English language. (And other languages, for that matter).
"Hello breh."

A breh is one who is always on the receiving end, and, unlike a brah or a bro, never gives, contributes, or takes one for the team.
Tom, Dick, and Harry are best friends.
Tom is a brah, because he buys shit for Dick & Harry.
