A ridiculous and delightfully silly saying used to insult those with no purpose, or when you just feel like calling someone a ballween. On top of that, its fun to say.

Don't pay too much attention to the example, ballween is not a word meant to actually hurt anyone's feelings. . . unless they are truly a Ballween.

Used mainly by white (young) South Africans to refer to their male parents or anybody older than themselves.

Is similar to the Afrikaans 'oompie' (Uncle), or 'fogie'.

Can be used to convey a polite meaning to the currently vulgar association with testicles, etc.

That remark is a load of balleex.
