Anathemic:

The very idea that in 2008 a legislative body would pass a bill so utterly anathemic to every concept of personal rights and privileges and so intrusive on personal dignity and privacy is repulsive.

I would be more apathetic if I weren't so lethargic

From an episode of Family Guy where Peter tries to "educate" himself on proper edicate and ends up picking up a New Yorker. Being Peter, he turns to the comic section of the New Yorker and find "I would be more apathetic if I weren't so lethargic." And waits a few days trying to understand the meaning of it.

Ampathetic

Showing no feelings of empathy. The state of mind with no compassion in how their words and actions affect others.

A cold hearted person is very ampathetic. That ampathetic teacher taught class with no empathy in how her words affected the student's lives.
