Wiver is the shaky, weak, tense feeling you get in your arms/body if you’ve been doing a lot of exercise or carrying something heavy. It can be used as an abstract noun or a verb.

wyvern day

A day in which a specific establishment is selling pot chicken in their canteen premises.
It may be wyvern day in one establishment (e.g. a school) but not wyvern day on another establishment (e.g. a restaurant), it all depends on whether they are selling pot chicken or not.
Usually establishments that for some reason always serve pot chicken are exempt from wyvern day.

"Hey, if you spot that it's wyvern day and you find me on that day then please tell me because I cannot be bothered to queue up for ages and then have no pot chicken to buy"
