Get the windy city rambler mug.The Flat Track Roller Derby League in Chicago. Created by Juanna Rumbel (skater since 2005 with 3-time Championship Team, The Fury) and Sister Sledgehammer (of the Double Crossers), the Windy City Rollers, or WCR, has been the premier flat track roller derby league in Chicago since its inception. In 2008, they went all the way to the finals of the WFTDA (Women's Flat Track Derby Association) national tournament. In November, 2010, they host the WFTDA national tournament in Chicago at the UIC Stadium.
