Becoming distracted for extended periods of time by clicking around Wikipedia. Goes hand in hand with tabbed browsing.

To spoil the ending of a book, movie, videogame, etc. for oneself by reading its related Wikipedia article. The result is a total lack of desire to read said book, watch said movie, or play said videogame.

No, I already wikispoiled the ending. The rest is just filler.

wikisurf

The act of coursing through wikipedia by clicking on the blue internal links repeatedly, generally following where one's whims will take them and not necessarily in any particular pattern. The activity can last from mere seconds to consuming one's entire day.

1. Srinivasa Ramanujan should have been wikisurfing instead of making out with pi.

2. Dude, I watched someone wikisurf throughout the entire night INSTEAD of playing WoW!

Wikishit, or WS.

The term used to describe instances of sugustions of information on various topics in wikipedia that is false. This is usually expressed by opinion.

That article on evolution is currently wikishit, most likely edited by creationists.
