1. A term used to describe younger children by teenagers when their actual age is unknown

2. A term used for people who are much older but seem or act as if they are around the age of twelve.

Girl: I thought he was fourteen!

Girl: Are you listening to Justin Bieber? He has some interesting music about real deep stuff like love and romance...

Twerge

A word blending the sounds and combining the meanings of two others. Formally known as a 'Portmanteau'

Combine 'yell' and 'cellular' and you get 'yelluar', or 'Spanish' and 'English' and you get 'Spanglish'. Ironically 'Twerge' is made from 'two words merge'.
