truth decay

What a person has when they feel that not only don't they have to tell the truth, but that the truth doesn't even matter.

My ex is such a fibber. Every time she opens her mouth there is a strong odor of truth decay!

That Fox News report didn't have all of the facts, but it had a certain truthiness to it.
