All transsexual individuals are transgender (they reject their assigned gender and express the opposite gender behaviours), but not all transgender individuals are transsexual (they do not feel their body-sex wrong nor undergo sex-change surgery).

me...technically, i'm a M2F transexual, but i prefer to be known as a "transgedered woman"...since it's about gender identity and not sex...and i'm straight...i only date men...
