When you're clearly riddled with medical issues—like dementia, cancer, and a suspicious limp—but still insist, “I feel great!” because you identify as healthy and that's all that matters. Someone who is clearly unhealthy identifying as healthy. Can be physiological, neurological or if lucky transpresidential.
