Tilt can be as simple as Vodka + Red Bull poured over a large amount of ice, with the intent of being drank slowly, sipped.
Tilt is identified and exhibited primarily by a swishing of the cup in a circular fashion, depicting to others the content of the cup is heavily iced and is inducing some type of enjoyable, "tilting" effect (drunk/high/caffeine) in its partaker.
