Textitis
A common sickness in which the sufferer will absolutely not text someone no matter how much they want to. It is usually caused by this person being afraid of what the response will be (usually from someone of the opposite sex).
Common excuses of the sufferer include but are not limited to: 'she is probably asleep', 'i'll text her later', 'i don't want to seem desperate', etc...
The most effective remedy for Textitis is to simply 'grow a pair'.

One who obsessively sends text messages, especially to the opposite sex or someone who they are either involved or would like to be involved with. Also defined as one who sends a text in order to signal for a possible hookup, and often sent as a mass text to multiple numbers fishing for a taker.
Mary Anne is such a textitute for spending all of dinner texting Wally and Cecil instead of talking to her date Sid or friends Kelly Jo and Brenda Lee before the big dance at the hop.

A text message that contains condescending, negative or rude context of words that insinuates the sender is talking down to you or belittling you.
Throwing a diss at you through text message.
A text message that gives an impression that the sender is giving you an attitude.
Hinting to you through a text message that they are mad or annoyed with you.
Using inappropriate phrases such as the ones below to discourage the persons participation through text message.
" Shut up" " That was a slutty thing you did"
"Whatever" "Uh...do you know how to read? Read the last text again..."
"Ya no shit, you didn't realize what you accidentally sent me"
"Are you coming or what???"
"Oh that fucked up!"
