Combination of "silly" and "gangsta."
Essentially means that you try hard, grind, but aren't a hardass and don't take yourself too seriously and treat people nicely. Everyone should try to be a Shwanksta

Used together with the word "dumb" to form an exclamation of pleasure. It essentially means: "lets fucking go!!"

So awesome, cool, hip, in-style, classy and enigmatic that you automatically become a bad-ass, in other words a swankster. No one can help but gaze and admire your mysterious awesomeness and class, you don't get into fights, the girls come to you and you always get what you want. Everyone considers themselves to uncool to talk or interact with you and you consider yourself to cool to interact with the rest of the world.

Adj. Combination of the word gangsta and skank but doesn't involve either word. This means when a person loves giving the infamous "titty twisters" or ass smacks for no reason. Once or twice is okay in this culture but this is the person who does it to get joy out of touching other males in heat.
