Roger Stone

This is what you call it when you are suffering from severe fecal impaction - feces that is compressed so much that it has turned into a hardened stone, difficult to pass, and often accompanied by blood.

"Dude, is everything ok? You were in the bathroom for 45 minutes!"

"Yeah, I'm ok. I was passing a Roger Stone."
