A stipukates is a noun for a Kite that can be used for writing in the Sky,thereby eliminating the need for a light aircraft to tow a banner.It is an easier alternative to reach a large "terra firma" bound audience to market an event,etc.

He released his stipukates and made it write "this is my new word" all over the sky.The people on the ground then gasped in awe.
