Smasting is smoke fasting.

Not smoking weed for a periods of time

I.e whilst working or at school

E.g “ I don’t smoke whilst am at work, because this is my period of smasting “

The ability to inhale through your nostrils to smell the food that you are currently eating to identify its specific odor.

I could smaste the food I was eating and was able to identify a few ingredients in the recipe.
