Is a fake form of bravery to cover up the fact that you are in fact really scurred. Usually shouted out to make it sound authentic.

When your mom is talking to your dog (bassett hound) while the phone is on speaker phone mode and her voice sounds splurred ,and the dog can not understand what she is saying to him.
