A person, or group of people, that really have no value to hang around with or be associated with. Either they are hideous, or they do things that really nobody should want to be a part of. (Taken literally, if someone was a "shit-fucker", or gay, this is something nobody would want to be a part of.)

Arose from the distaste for a certain sorority filled with terribly ugly and fat girls which nobody should want to join because they are rather uncool.

I can't believe they didn't give her a bid, because shes slutty. They need girls like her. That sorority is full of a bunch of fat and ugly bitches. They are a complete bunch of shit-fuckers.
