Scroggle

An innocent person who is immature at heart. They need not look very cute BUT there's always something about them that makes you find them cute. They are quite dopey and often somewhat eccentric and socially awkward, but unaware that they are.

Normally used for a shorter man with at least a little stubble. Slight chubby or dad bod is usually sported by a scrongle. Very attractive and/or cute, (often not seen as conventionally hot or super model worthy by the general public.) Often seen as slightly off putting or weird, in the best sense possible.

Sometimes but not always referred to as a "poor little meow meow"
