Race card 

Something a liberal pulls out when they are losing an argument, even though the "aggressor" isn't racist. The ironic part is that Democrats opposed giving blacks freedom yet are constantly calling Republicans racist.

Race Card 

The accusation that an ethnic minority made unfounded assertions that he/she is being rejected by society because those who made the decision are racist. Commonly used by white people to brush off racism.

a phrase that was created by racists to try, usually unsuccessfully, to defend themselves from accusations of racism. It is a term used by those who are intellectually weak and lazy when they cannot counter a logical argument or factual data.
If you accuse someone of racism, and they are guilty of racism, they may accuse you of using the "race card."

This is someone who constantly uses race as a grievance to gain attention and power.

When an ethnic minority accuses another person (usually white) of being discriminatory against their race in an attempt to be immune to criticism.
Larry: Can you just go away, Jerry? Every time I try and do something fun, you come along and screw it up.
Jerry: SHUT UP YOU RACIST!
Larry How am I a racist? I don't hate your race, I hate YOU. There's a difference, you know. Way to pull the race card, asshole.
