An overly aggressive jerk seeking to "mark his/her territory" by stalking you while remaining seated on his/her own front porch. Someone who shouts after you while seeming to enjoy the relative comfort and safety of their own front porch.

Rick's not after that guys wife, that guy was just being a Porch Dick.

when someone within a group of 3 or more yells disparaging or negative comments as per a porch dick, But has left the safety of his porch with 2 or more mates that act as a metaphorical, yet presumably as safe, porch while still being 100% a dick.

If it was just him saying all that shit I would have done something. But you can't expect me to fight a gaggle of porch dicks by myself.
