A poohard is when an erection occurs after poo rubs up against one's sphincter. In so doing, causes a poohard. This is similar to a boner. However it is cause by poo.

A poohard is related to its distant cousin. Peehard.

Johnny had a spontaneous erection, but then he realized he only had a poohard. So he got rid of the poohard by using the bathroom.
