The accounts usually feature somethings saying "Pocodot is great!" or "Pocodot is the new Facebook!" But Pocodot is really a site which asks you to register with them. After registering, it inputs a serious virus into your computer along with Trojans. The site is visted fairly often due to spamming of the site on Youtube. These accounts are made by the creator of Pocodot, who not only creates these accounts, but "thumbs-ups" the comments so they reach the "highest rated comments" section on videos.
It is highly noted that you not even visit the site as it is said that you can also recieve the virus from just viewing the main page.

Pocodot uses multiple users on Youtube to “like” a person’s post about pocodot. Then, antoher person poses as a different user and asks the question of “What is pocodot?” This makes people wonder what is pocodot and searches it up on Google. This way, they are getting free traffic to google just for making a couple of posts on Youtube. You can see that a lot of the top music videos (Eminem, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber) are full of pocodot’s user’s comments.

Background:
A really poor family with the name "Poodoo" or "Pudu" lived in Kaplan, Louisiana and they were so poodoo that their name just stuck.
The road that the family lived on is still called Poodoo Road by local residents. Its official name, however, is Merchant Road -- named after a not-so-poodoo family, the Merchant's of Kaplan.
