Pliyo

An "exercise routine" consisting of squating, lunging, jumping with or without weights and entering the third detention of hell after the first 12 minutes.

I started my PLIYO routine and 12 minutes later I fainted and choked on my own vomit. Hallucinations ensued after shortness of breAth.
