Pick 

A grouping of plastic, floral items used in crafting; usually purchased in craft or dollar stores. As in, "you tear apart this pick, and use it's parts to make this wreath."

Youtuber crafters tear apart "picks" they purchase from crafting or dollar stores, to use in their creations. They say in their videos, "I found this great "pick" at dollartree." I found many examples on YouTube, and websites selling plastic floral picks with pinecones, leaves, flowers, and other floral items. But the YouTube "crafters" simply refer to all as "picks."
