Pengina

When vagina fat is so visibly large it is mistaken for a penis. Furthermore, when the labia of a woman's vagina are abnormally large and/or hang extremely low, they are mistaken for a penis. For example, when a woman is running, and her large, long labia slap her thighs, she chafes her pengina.
