Convergy's (CVG) Could't troubleshoot their way out of a paper bag!

e1: Oh look, another PEBCAC ticket in our queue. Quick someone call the customer back and show them how to factory reset a modem C-O-R-R-E-C-T-L-Y.

e2: I fixed that PEBCAC ticket in 30 seconds flat which CVG couldn't fix in 3 hours!

e3: I heard a customer commited suicide after a PEBCAC ticket was raised. I hope the SLT's are happy offshoring!
