Once upon a time, long, long ago people had a different way of dealing with scumbags, thieves, rats, & other various undesirable people. They would be surrounded and "taught" the meaning of justice or revenge. This surrounding and the accompanying "lesson" was called the "MUCKLERS CIRCLE".
