Mizz

After a hangout of any sort, primarily a date, and it ends in a hug. Unlike rizz, which is slang for charisma, mizz is specifically the closing interaction required to show that the hangout was a success.
Mizz stands for Mike + Rizz, which derives from the name of the creator (Mike) and the slang "rizz".

Person A: "How did the movie night go with Sarah?"
Person B: "It was great, at the end of the date, we were able to mizz."

To spend time alone and allow yourself to feel your unpleasant, angsty, and/or negative feelings until they've run their course.

*Alone time may include activities such as watching movies and yelling at the tv, crying about stupid things, listening to the same song in repeat, eating loads of junk food in your pjs, playing videogames all night, laying on the floor daydreaming, etc.
