Used as an exclamation, mayo is a close relative of the words pwned and owned. In this sense when one shouts out "Mayo!" to another they are aknowledginf the total lack of disrespect that was just shown to that person. Mayo, being so similar in color and texture to sperm, is used in this way to closely relate a person being disrespected to a whoman who allows a man to spread his seed all over her face after performing oral sex on him.
