slang for a person of filipino decent and latin (specifically hispanic) decent.
This is so because the Philippines have lots of mangos and filipinos eat alot of mangos and are yellowish in color like mangos. Latinos (hispanics) eat alot of beans and are usually brown like beans.

Mano is the latin word for Hand. A common saying "mano y mano" is Spanish for Hand to hand. Usually associated in engaging in throwing fisticuffs with two or more people, usually two. Keeping that definition in mind, a Manojob simply is a slang term for Handjob.
