Josiah Leming was a contestant on season 7 of American Idol. He made it to Hollywood and did fairly well, but was not chosen to be one of the top 24. He is a skilled song writer and has posted several videos of his work on YouTube (username ohjaimes78). He was also a guest on the Ellen Degeneras Show where he performed his song "To Run".

Every summer the population pretty much doubles as all the mexican and jamaican immigrants come to work in the greenhouses and impregnate all the fat mennonite woman, which is pretty much half of all the woman in leamington. Home to point pelee national park, which has the most southern tip in all of canada. Was ranked best place to live in Canada in 2006, but since then has gone down. Also is home to the HJ Heinz company, which supplies heinz products throughout north america.
