izuru kamukura

a very strange man, he has no sense of shame or embarrassment and will stare dead at you for ten minutes and never realize its not socially acceptable. hes often seen with nagito komaeda, an even stranger man. kamukura will only respond to questions asked to him and only will answer with nods and small gestures. its a common occurrence for him to start complaining about how bored he is like a child

"have you seen izuru kamukura? hes kinda odd..."
